Florence KahnFlorence Kahn’s shop is located in the heart of the Marais, on the corner of Rue des Ecouffes and Rue des Rosiers. Its façade is instantly recognisable by its superb blue mosaic, which dates back to 1932 and is classified as a Historical Monument of Paris. This mosaic was crafted by a Master Artisan who also created several other shop windows in the Marais, in particular the former horse butcher’s shop on the corner of Rue Vieille du Temple and Rue du Roi de Sicile.

And her smile…the way she enjoys seeing your eyes light up in hungry anticipation….. Florence does everything she can to make sure that you re-live these moments of happiness.  Of course, she's only serving up delicious pastries, but these treats are so linked to the feelings of love we had for the person who made them for us so long ago that it’s impossible not to feel moved by the memory of their taste….
